- According to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, 1 out of 2 women and 1 in 4 men over the age of 50 will suffer a fracture due to osteoporosis. Attend this workshop to learn movements and exercises to reduce the chances of a fracture, and which foods help rebuild bones. This is for people with osteopenia/osteoporosis or anyone interested in safe exercises to promote the inner core.
