Pilates Fundamentals I & II *

• Required prior to joining any class, Pilates Fundamentals consists of two 50 minute classes including an individual assessment. You will recieve feedback from your instructor regarding flexibility, strength, balance and faulty movement patterns. This ensures that all clients maximize their experience, safety and smooth transition into the class setting.
• Fundamentals class includes mat and equipment exercises.
