New Pilates Clients
Your First Visit
Thank you for choosing Cary Physical Therapy for you Pilates training. As you enter the office please sign in at the front desk. Before your first class we ask that you fill out our New Client Packet. This will enable our instructors to provide you with the best possible care, guidance, and training. Remember that the ten- and twenty-session packages are money savers but you may also pay for classes individually. We ask that you pay prior to the beginning of each session or class. Our front office staff will track your attendance and payments, so please feel free to ask them any questions.

The following facilities are available:
For the health and safety of everyone in our program, we ask that following a Mat or Allegro class you would take a minute to spray and wipe your mat or machine prior to putting it away.
Please remember to give us 24-hour notice before your cancellation to avoid being charged. We hope that you achieve much success. Thank you for your cooperation and welcome again.

- Cubbies for personal belongings
- Changing room
- Water cooler and towels
- Mats are also available, but feel free to bring your own.
