Do I have to know how to dance to take a class?
No, the steps are simple and easy to follow. Unlike a typical aerobic dance class with lots of verbal cueing, all you do is follow the instructor, just as if you were at your friend's house, dancing.
What should I wear?
Lightweight work out clothes, well cushioned gym shoes, and be sure to bring a bottle of water. You may also want to bring a small towel. You will sweat!
If I decide to sign up for a class, do I have to sign up for a specific day and time?
Our program offers single class purchase or 10-pack (which saves you money). You can then sign up for whatever day and time you like. If you are out of town and miss a week, you are not penalized like with some programs. If you want to come 3 times the next week, come on ahead!
Do I have to sign up for the class or can I just show up? You should sign up, even it's at the last minute. Occassionally, we may cancel a class if the instructor is out of town. We will then contact you to let you know if it has been canceled.
How do I sign up? You will be given a password by our Front Desk. You can then pay online and sign up for as many classes as you have paid for.
